  • How long is shipping?
    Shipping is normally 5-7 business days. You will receive a tracking number via email once your order has been shipped. Please accept processing and shipment terms before placing your order.
  • If I receive my hair late and miss my hair appointment will Herporium Collection cover the costs of my next appointment?
    No. We recommend you book a hair appointment after you receive your luxurious extensions.
  • Can I cancel my order once it has already processed?
    No. Once your order is processed you will receive a tracking number. There are no returns or exchanges on any orders.
  • Why was my order declined?
    In most cases, a order is only declined if your billing address does not match your shipping address. Please ensure your billing and shipping address match before placing your order. If you see a charge on your bank account please wait a few hours for the amount to drop.
  • How long will it take to receive my wig unit once the order has processed?
    ALL wig orders require up to 21 business days to process before shipping. Weekends are not included in business days.
  • Can I dye the hair?
    Yes! Your hair extensions can be dyed any color. We recommend seeking professional help so you won't over process your hair IF you are using bleach powder to achieve your look.
  • How long does the hair last?
    Our customers usually re use their bundles for up to 6-12 months before purchasing another bundle or 2 to add fullness. Hair can be last up to 2 years with the proper care.
  • Do you have any hair cair tips or maintenance instructions?
    Of course! Here are some tips- -ALWAYS co-wash your hair before installation. This will give your hair a luxurious flow once installed. -Use a rich Shampoo/Conditioner on your hair weekly. Use sulfate/alcohol free products so that your hair wouldn't be stripped of its moisture. -Always allow your hair to air dry -Using many products on your hair causes build up, try staying away! -Use the over and out method during installation and cut your weft only when absolutely necessary. -Maintain your loose wavy or curly hair with rich conditioner. Shampoo isn’t always needed. Section your hair and comb from the end up using a wide tooth comb. Rinse. Let air dry. Do not touch hair while drying. Do not comb hair when it’s dry. -Do not sleep on wet hair. Section your hair and use silk wraps/scarfs for sleeping.
