SHIPPING & RETURNS POLICY

SHIPPING

PLEASE keep your billing and shipping address the same when placing an order. Ensure you are entering the correct billing address associated with your bank card for a smooth transaction. If your billing address does not match your shipping address your card will not process the payment. Any pending transactions shown will fall off once the order has been declined and/or refunded. We DO NOT ship to P.O. Boxes.

Orders completed by 6PM EST will be shipped same day. ALL orders are shipped within 2-24 hours of payment. Please allow 1-2 business days for rush orders and 3-5 business days for standard shipping. Due to COVID-19 orders may take longer than expected.

RETURNS/ EXCHANGES

Herporium Collection offers NO refund; exchange only policy. Exchanges are accepted within THREE (3) DAYS of receiving your order. All exchanges must be unused, unopened, un-worn, or tampered with. Any damaged or defective items must be reported within THREE (3) DAYS of receiving your order. We do not provide pre-paid return labels; you are responsible for covering shipping costs to return/exchange your items.. Herporium Collection does take pride in the quality of our hair extensions and other products as we have very low to any return rates. We do understand that instances occur and are happy to accommodate you. Herporium Collection reserve the right to solely define and limit, refuse, and/or reject returns from customers at any time.

All accessories and eyelashes are final sale, non-exchangeable and cannot be returned for store credit.
